We need folks with the following knowledge and skills:
– Personable, outgoing, friendly attitude: You have to be nice, and be willing to talk to people you’ve never talked to before.
– Excellent Communicator: Clients need to know what you mean, and you need to be able to clearly document everything you’ve done.
– Problem Solver: the ability to think outside the box and beyond your comfort zone to find or develop solutions to problems.
– Get it done mentality: the drive and initiative to push through tough IT challenges without management oversight
– Knowledge and experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP required.
– Knowledge and experience with switches, firewalls, routers, and WiFi required.
– Knowledge and experience with common web technologies and how they operate required (websites, email, etc.)
– Knowledge and experience with Active Directory (Server 2012 and newer) required.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange/Outlook/Office 365 required.
– Experience with MS SQL a plus
– Experience with Client Management Systems and/or ticketing systems a plus
