was cited for starting and backing vehicles on February 9th 2017.
Darrin Selby, 23, of Newark,
was picked up under warrant on February 22nd 2017.
Matthew Belcher, 25, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead on February 22nd 2017.
Kelsey Pike, 25, of Howard,
was charged with obstructing official business on February 23rd 2017.
Timothy Price, 22, of Howard,
was charged with obstructing justice and with drug paraphernalia offenses on February 23rd 2017.
Sarah Robinson, 37, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for operation of motor vehicle in violation of OL restrictions on February 23rd 2017.
Travis Gillespie, 41, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under suspension on February 23rd 2017.
