It’s #WildlifeWednesday with the Ohio Division of Wildlife! The tri-colored bat (Perimyotis subflavus) is the smallest bat in the Midwest. Tri-colored bats prefer open forests near water in the summer. This species hibernates in mines, caves & rock crevices.
WASHINGTON, Oct. 26, 2022 – The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) launched a new online tool to help farmers and ranchers better navigate the farm loan application process. This uniform application process will help to ensure all farm loan applicants receive equal support and have a consistent customer experience with USDA’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) regardless of their individual circumstances.

Today, FDA issued marketing denial orders for several e-cigarette products currently marketed by Logic Technology Development LLC, including the Logic Pro Menthol e-Liquid Package and Logic Power Menthol e-Liquid Package. As a result, the company must not market or distribute these products in the United States or risk enforcement action by the FDA.
The Better Business Bureau® is partnering with Amazon to drive an education campaign aimed at helping consumers spot impersonation scams during this holiday season (BBB.org/ImpersonationScams). This scam tactic occurs when a scammer pretends to be a trustworthy organization or individual to steal a person’s money or personal information.
