Offenses

April 17
• An officer was dispatched to Super 8 Motel, at 1000 Coshocton Avenue, for a male yelling at guests.
• Units responded to a suspicious person at Duke and Duchess, located at 814 Coshocton Avenue, Mount Vernon, Ohio.
• Officers were dispatched to the Learning Center, located at 900 West Vine Street, in reference to an assault. A report was completed and sent to the Juvenile Prosecutor for charges.

April 18
• A complainant, who resides on Plaza Drive, reported some items missing from her residence. A report was taken for documentation.

April 19
• Knox County Felony Probation requested assistance on West Vine Street on a house check with a probationer, Ashley Holland. After gaining access to the residence, Jeremiah O’Neil was arrested for an active arrest warrant and Ashley was arrested for probation violation. The suspected drugs were located on one of the individuals after taking them to jail. The suspected drugs will be sent out for testing at a later date. A report was forwarded to the Knox County Prosecutor for review.

April 20
• An officer was dispatched to 111 Newark Road (McDonald’s) for an unknown male drinking alcohol. A citation was issued.
• An officer observed a male, with an open container of alcohol, sitting at a picnic bench on South Main Street. Shawn Caudill was issued a citation for open container.
• A business on Columbus Road reported a trespass that involved Floyd Ernsberger. Floyd was found at a nearby business and issued a summon in lieu of an arrest for criminal trespass. A report was filed.

April 18

• Melissa L. Harding was cited for expired license plates.
• Tammy J. Shearn was cited for 25 mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
• Jeanne M. Campbell was cited for 35 mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
• Jillian L. Stuart was cited for 25 mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
• Anntonette Spaulding was cited for turning at intersections.
• Michael Cook was cited for oversized/weight vehicle on local streets.

April 19
• Robert K. Doyle was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments and was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
• Jordan N. Lang was cited for operator/chauffeur license required.
• Tommie Manning Jr. was cited for OVI – under the influence, one-way streets, and OVI – at least .08 but less than .17 of alcohol per 210 liters of breath.
• Rachel J. Risser was cited for expired license plates.
• Daniel E. Springer was cited for 25 mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.

• John D. Ferguson was cited for being under the influence, refusing a chemical test with previous, and making an improper left turn at intersection – same direction.
• Alexis E. Darr was cited for under the influence, headlights required, and OVI – at least .08 but less than .17 of alcohol per 210 liters of breath.
• Brooke L. Ballantyne was cited for window tint.
• Kyle E. Fowler was cited for fictitious plates.
