STARTING PAY:
$16.50/hr for Tier 0
$15.50/hr Tier 1
$14.50/hr Tier 2
$.25 increase at 3 months and 6 months.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
— 1st Shift (6:30 am – 3:00 pm)
— 2nd Shift (2:30 am – 11:00 pm) – One-time $200 bonus after 30 days
— 3rd Shift (10:30 pm – 7:00 am) – One-time $200 bonus after 30 days
Potential for overtime, paid at 1.5X base pay
Bonus Pay!
–$500 Retention Bonus after 1000 hours worked
–Referral Bonuses- refer a friend and earn money!
1st shift: $500 (x2) –
2nd and 3rd shift: $1, 000 (x2)
*Bonus available at 3 months and 6 months (Both must be employed at time of pay outs)
*Eligibility dependent on 80% attendance rate
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Perform the following throughout your shift, without any restrictions:
— Stand/sit
— Twist/turn
— Stoop/bend
— Lift and move items between 26-50 pounds
Traits helpful towards your success (but NOT required):
— Previous manufacturing experience
— Machine operation, assembly, and inspection experience
— Ability to read and understand measurements
— Basic math skills

…Prepare, clean, and inspect parts
…Gather and move parts between stations
…Maintain a clean and safe work area
…Offer similar types of support
…Be asked to learn new procedures
