DePolo & Associates, Inc., Allstate Insurance is continuing to grow and we are now accepting resumes for a Sales Specialist “Rock Star” to join our team of “trusted insurance advisers” in our local Mount Vernon, Ohio office.

This is a full-time position where your primary responsibility will be to help our customers secure the best policies with the appropriate coverages to protect them and their families. We provide many incoming prospects for you to work with, but you will also be responsible for generating business and outgoing prospecting of your own. This position will consist of in-office appointments, sales, and prospecting. We provide the tools, technology and training. In addition, we provide comprehensive training, instruction, and ongoing coaching from some of the top insurance professionals in the country.

This experience starts with our “sales specialists” who help introduce new clients to our agency family and show them why we are different.

- Have an Ohio Property and Casualty Insurance License or be willing to obtain one immediately.
DePolo & Associates is a fun, fast paced environment where our customer’s are our number one priority. No experience is required. The candidate must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
We offer a competitive base salary + commission + numerous bonus opportunities as well as Health Insurance and benefit programs.
An average producer makes $4,000 to $5,000 monthly. A top sales person has unlimited earning potential.
