Our Assistant Managers earn $14.00 – $18.00 per hour. Additionally, we have profit sharing and Sales incentives bonus including cash. We also have Operational Target bonuses. APPLY at www.jobs.dominos.com

Responsibilities:

· Assist in building sales to meet company goals

· Manage all costs

· Provide excellent customer service

· Assist in enforcing Safety and Security standards

· Uphold policies and standards

· Assist in maintaining a properly staffed store

· Assist in providing training to team members

· Enforce product quality standards at all times

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED

· Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation

· Excellent communication and motivation skills

· Satisfactory MVR

· Result and task oriented with the best people skills
