Offenses

March 8
•Officers responded to the Knox Community Hospital, located at 1330 Coshocton Avenue, on a report of a male patient assaulting hospital staff. One male was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail without further incident.

•Units worked a warrant for Brooklyn R. Miller at a residence in the 800 block of West Chestnut Street. Upon arrival, units made contact with Brooklyn who was secured in handcuffs, in the rear position, gapped appropriately, and double-locked. Brooklyn was placed in the backseat of my patrol car and transported to the Knox County Jail.

March 9
•An officer responded to Yauger Road in reference to a harassment complaint. The officer spoke with the complainant and her caretaker and took a report that will be forwarded to the City Law Director for review.

•An officer was dispatched to the Police Department in reference to a harassment call. A report was taken. Nothing further at this time.

•An officer responded to a residence in the 600 block of North Main Street in reference to a burglary. An investigation is pending.

March 10
• Officers were dispatched to the area of Rural King in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint. An officer arrived on the scene and located a vehicle matching the description on the east side of the building near Big Lots. The officer made contact with a male and female inside the vehicle. The officer ran his K9 around the vehicle and subsequently conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle. Suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia were located inside the vehicle. This report will be forwarded to the County Prosecutor for review.

•An officer observed a male walking on West High Street that Adult Probation needed to speak with. The officer stopped out with the male on West High Street near North Jefferson Street and detained him until Adult Probation arrived on the scene. Brandon Butler was arrested on a warrant and transported to the Knox County Jail where he was left in their custody and care.

•Knox County Felony Probation requested an officer to respond to the 100 block of East High Street. Upon arrival, Tiffani Williamson was there and had an active arrest warrant out of Mount Vernon Municipal Court. Tiffani was arrested for the warrant and placed into handcuffs that were gapped and double-locked. She was transported to the jail without incident. A report was filed.

March 11
•An officer was dispatched to the 100 block of West Sugar Street for a female that was making suicidal comments. The female was transported to KCH for an evaluation.

•Timothy A. Branstool was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.
•Emmanuel M. Jenkins was cited for expired license plates.
•Collin T. Lynds was cited for operator/chauffeur license required and 25mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
•Colton L. Bowers was cited for an unsafe vehicle, driving under an FRA suspension, and fictitious plates.
•Steven Thompson was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
•Juston K. Waite Jr. was cited for operation at a stop sign.
•Matthew D. McComas was cited for operation at a stop sign.

March 9
•Floyd Ernsberger was charged with disorderly conduct.
•Katara M. Bennett was cited for 35mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
•Laura E. Lawhorn was cited for 25mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
•Kristen L. Scarberry was cited for 35mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
•Robert D. Burke was cited for failure to display license plates.
•Amber L. Fast was cited for 25mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.

March 10
•Brandon L. Butler was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
•Ryan C. Parks was cited for 35mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
•Ashley N. Dibling was cited for expired license plates.
•Stephanie Burson was cited for 25mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
•Kaylin R. Kirkman was cited for expired license plates.
•Manli Huang was cited for 25mph except on State Route outside business districts and alleys.
•Terry Lee Jr. was cited for driving under suspension.
•Shelby M. Smith-Keen was cited for expired license plates.
•Scott M. Hoover was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence, obstructing an intersection/crosswalk, open container, and refusing chemical test with previous.

March 12
•Vincent L. Wilson was cited for DUS – FRA & random verification suspension, leaving the scene of an accident, seat belts required – driver, and failure to control/weaving course.
•Robin D. Jose was cited for expired license plates.
