...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Ohio, northeast Ohio and
  northwest Ohio, including the following counties, in north central
  Ohio, Ashland, Crawford, Huron, Knox, Marion, Morrow and Richland.
  In northeast Ohio, Holmes and Wayne. In northwest Ohio, Hancock,
  Seneca, Wood and Wyandot.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Rainfall of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts has
    already fallen. Additional rainfall of at least 2 inches
    possible with isolated higher amounts.
