Physical Therapist – Home Health PT

The Physical Therapist contracted or employed through the Hospital is responsible for providing physical therapy services to home health patients.  Responsible for supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants.  Responsible for being knowledgeable of standard of practice of Physical Therapy in an home health setting.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science in Allied Health Professions in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
• Current license in Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio required
• Preferred two years of community/home health experience as a physical therapist
• Current CPR (AHA BLS)certificate required
• Valid Ohio’s driver license and maintain motor vehicle insurance
