A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LABORER
As a Laborer, you will be started at labor level one to learn the business and become familiar with the production and equipment. You play a key role in ensuring the quality of our product. With attention to detail, you make sure that all bed imperfections and blemishes are patched and painted to the specifications of the job prior to release. You are happy to be starting a career with a great company and get tremendous satisfaction out of playing a role in building and maintaining America’s infrastructure!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL LABORER
Ability to work outside in whatever mother nature throws our way
Ability to work in a noisy environment
Ability to work 45+ hours a week (including some Saturdays)

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically works Monday – Friday, 5:00 am / 6:30 am start with some Saturdays as needed.
