Deputies were dispatched to an area of Sycamore Road near Johnstown road on a possible vehicle crash. Upon arriving on the scene, a Deputy was able to make contact with the female driver inside the vehicle and observed that she was under the influence from consuming alcoholic beverages. Standard field sobriety tests were offered but refused and the Cameo Fisher of Mount Vernon was placed under arrest for OVI. During the vehicle inventory, a loaded firearm and drugs were located inside the vehicle as well. Fisher was transported to the Knox County Jail without incident on June 1st, 2020.

Deputies observed a vehicle violation at the intersection of Johnstown Road and Sycamore Road. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver of the vehicle was identified as Earsel Elkins of Mount Vernon. It was discovered that the passenger had a valid protection order against Mr. Elkins. Earsel was arrested and charged with violation of a protection order and menacing by stalking. Narcotics were located during a search of the vehicle and seized for further testing. the incident occurred on May 30th. 2020.

Deputies responded to Daniels Road for vandalism. A Complainant stated that the back door window was broken and requested a report on May 29th, 2020.
