Ashley Swihart, of Fredericktown, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on an outstanding warrant issued out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on May 21st, 2020.
Thomas Germani, of Mount Vernon, was arrested for domestic violence and assault on May 21st, 2020.
