April showers bring May flowers and who is ready to explore those in bloom and those yet to bloom? We encourage you to get out and learn about Ohio Wildflowers. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) has designed an awesome Spring Wildflower field guide to aid as the perfect tool for ID. This guide contains beautiful pictures of each Ohio wildflower and information about the plant species. Our office has a few hard copies as well if you would like to request a copy. Below is an example of the guide layout. We are in the process of linking the guide to our Park list on our website. You may access our website at www.knoxcountyparks.org and scroll through any of our county parks to locate the guide. You may download or view it from your mobile phone.
