The executive committee of the Utica Sertoma Ice Cream Festival has met and decided to cancel the Festival for 2020. This decision was made based on the projections of the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We want to protect our members and volunteers as best we can. Also, we are faced with upcoming expenses if we do not make this decision now. We look forward to seeing all of you in 2021.
