A Deputy found a prescription pill in a small plastic bag in the parking lot of Webb’s Marathon in Centerburg. The item was placed into evidence for destruction on December 18th, 2019.
Aden Miller, of Millersburg, was found asleep behind the wheel of his running vehicle in the parking lot of the Bad Apple. Miller was checked on and found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was offered field sobriety tests and then arrested for physical control on December 18th, 2019.
