Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Jun 13, 2019

A complainant, of the 19000 block of Chapel Road in Danville, stated that she received a phone call that was a scam/fraud call. The number came up as (740)397-3333 on the caller ID on her phone which is the Knox County Sheriff’s number. She further stated that the individual stated that he was a detective with the sheriff’s office and that she needed to pay money to them or they would come and get her. They read off her old address where she used to love but they did read back her social security number which was correct on June 12th, 2019.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Newark Road regarding domestic violence. Robert Schaade and Christopher Schaade, both of Mount Vernon, were arrested and charged with domestic violence on June 12th, 2019. They both had active warrants issued by the Mount Vernon Municipal Court.
