Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Coshocton Road to investigate a prowler complaint. A Complainant advised that a person requested to use her phone after crashing their vehicle. The person we never located bu the vehicle was found in the ditch near the residence. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and they advised that no one should be driving the vehicle. The vehicle was secured as evidence and a report was taken on April 22nd, 2019.

A light blue Subaru was observed committing multiple moving violations in Union Township. A traffic stop was conducted on Flat Run Road, in Danville, and the driver, Joseph Duffey of Mount Vernon, was subsequently arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated on April 21st, 2019.

John Billman, of Howard, was arrested for making threats of harm to his girlfriend and was transported to the Knox County Jail on April 21st, 2019.

A complainant, of the 8000 block of Liberty Church Road in Johnstown, advised that her husband would not stop texting her. The complainant also advised that she has a temporary protection order against her husband. Cole Cline, of Utica, was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail on April 21st, 2019.

Deputies assisted the Mount Vernon Police Department on a warrant arrest for Larry Fox of Howard on April 20th, 2019.

A Deputy was dispatched to Kenyon College on a report of an intoxicated 19-year-old female. Upon arrival the Deputy observed the College Township squad members treating the female for alcohol intoxication. College Township EMS transported Katherine Hileman, of Connecticut, to KCH for further treatment. Hileman was issued a summons in lieu of arrest for underage intoxication on April 20th, 2019.

A complainant, of the 20000 block of Sycamore Road in Mount Vernon, advised that Jason Stevens, of Mount Vernon, had entered her house without permission. Stevens was located later and issued a summons for trespass on April 19th, 2019.

A victim, of the 600 block of Greenbriar Circle in Howard, called 911 and advised that her live-in-boyfriend had slapped her. Terry Powell, of Howard, was arrested for domestic violence and assault. Powell was transported to the Knox County Jail on April 19th, 2019.

A complainant, of the 16000 block of Kaylor Road in Danville, reported that someone attempted to change his direct deposit to another account. No money was lost and the complainant was advised to set up text alerts with his bank. The incident occurred on April 10th, 2019.
