A complainant, of the 11000 block of Upper Gilchrist Road in Mount Vernon, advised that a vehicle was on their property and partially blocking their driveway. After a four hour wait for towing the vehicle, a Deputy had On the Spot Towing remove the vehicle from the scene. An inventory was completed on the vehicle and released to On the Spot Towing with proof of ownership required for release. The incident occurred on April 16th, 2019.

A complainant, of the 900 block of Mount Vernon Road in Newark, advised that she was involved in a domestic incident. Richard Heald of Utica was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail on April 16th, 2019.

A complainant, of the 3000 block of Henpeck Road in Bladensburg, stated that someone had broken into the Bladensburg Community Center and set off the fire extinguishers. The complainant also stated that it did not appear as though anything was missing as of yet. It incident occurred sometime between Saturday, April 13th, 2019 and April 16th, 2019.

A complainant, of the 200 block of Sychar Road in Mount Vernon, advised that he had a Troybilt Bronco Rototiller taken from Camp Sychar. The complainant had chained up the rototiller after they tried to steal the rototiller the first time. He also stated that he noticed the rototiller was gone on April 16th, 2019 and had last noticed it on the property on April 14th, 2019 at 4:00 PM.

Wesley Hoffman, of Mount Vernon, was arrested after he threatened members of his household on April 16th, 2019.
