Congratulations to Knox County Health Commissioner Julie Miller (left) who was presented with the award for Excellence in Nursing Leadership on Sunday by the Rho Nu at-Large Chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. The group held its annual induction ceremony on Sunday at Mount Vernon Nazarene University (MVNU). At right is Dr. Judy Gregg of the MVNU School of Nursing, who nominated Miller for the award.
