Winston C Reid, of Los Angeles, CA, was issued a summons in lieu of arrest for underage consumption of alcohol on December 16th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 19000 block of Hopewell Road in Mount Vernon, discovered two vehicles stopped due to a deer crash involving a separate vehicle. The vehicles left the area prior to law enforcement’s arrival. The deer was located and dispatched by Deputies. A deer slip was issued to the homeowner for the deer on December 16th, 2018.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on the 4000 block of Market Street in Bladensburg where James C Fletcher had locked himself in his bedroom stating that there were people in his home with firearms. Methamphetamines and methamphetamine paraphernalia were located inside the residence and Fletcher was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail on December 16th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 200 block of Woodlawn Circle in Howard, advised that when she came home she found an unknown vehicle parked in her yard with one occupant inside. Upon arrival, Deputies found the individual unconscious. After a medical evaluation was given on scene by medical staff, the individual was cleared. David A Randolph, of Newark, was placed under arrest for OVI, open container and possession of marijuana on December 15th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 20000 block of Ankneytown Road in Fredericktown, advised that someone used her credit card at Kroger’s in Michigan. Her card was cancelled and reported on December 15th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 21000 block of Fowler Road in Butler, called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report that someone had placed nails in the roadway causing flat tires on their vehicles on December 15th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 19000 block of Earnest Road in Fredericktown, advised that on her way home both of her passenger tires were popped by something in the roadway on December 14th, 2018.

Andrew J Schuster, of Mount Vernon, was observed walking westbound on Coshocton Avenue. Contact was made with his probation officer and she advised to arrest Schuster on a probation holder due to him not checking in with her. The incident occurred on December 14th, 2018
