Knox County Sheriff’s Report – Dec 10, 2018

A Deputy was dispatched to Kenyon College Campus Safety on found drug paraphernalia and marijuana in McBride Hall. The paraphernalia and marijuana were picked up and placed in the Knox County Sheriff Offices evidence room and marked for destruction on December 8th, 2018.
Alvin J Burton III, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued out of the Knox County Common Pleas Court on December 8th, 2018.
A complainant, of the 500 block of Crestview Drive in Utica, advised that Jessie H Schorr, of Mount Vernon, walking northbound on Newark Road in traffic. It was determined that Schorr was involved in a domestic violence incident and was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail on December 8th, 2018.
James A Martin, of Centerburg, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on December 7th, 2018.
