A complainant, of the 8000 block of Martinsburg Road in Mount Vernon, advised that someone went onto his property and stole a chainsaw on September 2nd, 2018.
A representative, of the Riverside Recovery Sober House in Mount Vernon, advised that there was a resident at the center with a warrant from Fairfield County. Beth R Lemaster, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on Septemeber 6th, 2018.
