Knox County JFS Public Assistance Division computer systems will be unavailable due to upgrades on August 23rd, 24th & 27th. We will still be open to the public to take applications. We will be unable to determine eligibility, process changes to cases, authorize pending cases or check the status of cases.
We anticipate that all systems will be up and running at the start of business on Tuesday, August 28th. We apologize for the inconvenience but look forward to being better able to serve you once the upgrade is complete.
