Justin L Musgrave, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on July 13th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 17000 block of New Gambier Road in Mount Vernon, advised that a security sign was damaged on his property and he wanted to file a report to give to his insurance company. A report was made to document the incident on July 13th, 2018.

A representative, of Campus Auto & Fuel in Gambier, called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report a gas drive off on July 14th, 2018.

A representative of the Green Valley Southern Baptist Church in Mount Vernon reported to at some point during the last few days, someone had attempted to gain access to a storage shed behind the church. They pulled a screen off a back window and broke the handle off the door on July 11th, 2018.

James E Vernon III, of Mount Vernon, was observed crossing over the white fog line four times and the center double yellow line on Coshocton Road. A traffic stop was conducted and Vernon was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest for OVI. Marijuana drug paraphernalia was found in plain view inside the vehicle. After a search of the vehicle, raw marijuana was also found. Vernon was taken to the Knox County Jail and his vehicle was impounded on July 14th, 2018.

A complainant, of the 100 block of South Williams Street in Johnstown, advised that sometime between 7:00 PM July 12th, 2018 and 9:00 AM on July 13th, 2018 unknown person(s) ented his partially finished home and stole several items. The complainant spoke with a contractor who advised that he had observed a wheelbarrow in the front driveway when he arrived at the residence on Friday. The complainant also advised that the wheelbarrow was at the rear of the home and that entry was made through an unlocked door in the basement level of the home.

A complainant, of the 16000 block of Wooster Road in Mount Vernon, stated that he found a set of car keys in the area of Upper Gilchrist Road and Lower Gambier Road. The Keys were taken and placed into evidence on July 15th, 2018.

Cory L Edwards, of Martinsburg, was arrested and charged with violating a protection order on July 15th, 2018.

Travis N Hollar, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on July 16th, 2018.
