Joshua E Wheeler, of Centerburg, was arrested on an active warrant on April 12th, 2018.
A summons was issued to Shaide A Ryan, of Dresden, after a complainant advised that someone was banging on her door. The complainant gave a description of the suspect and he was located and found to be intoxicated under the age of 21 on April 13th, 2018.
