A complainant, of Hartford Avenue in Centerburg, advised that his upstairs neighbor came down and told him that there was a fire upstairs. The complainant took a fire extinguisher up but the fire was too big and 911 was called on January 12th, 2018.
Andru B Carl, of Fredericktown, was arrested for a probation violation on January 14th, 2018.
