Conrad R Ferenbaugh, of Howard, was arrested on two active felony FTA warrants out of the Knox County Common Pleas Court on December 21st, 2017.
A complainant advised that approximately 10 Lenovo laptops were taken that belonged to Ariel Corporation on December 21st, 2017.
