The responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to: administering immunizations to both children and adults at on-site and off-site locations, manage the Newborn Home Visiting program; Cribs for Kids program; Falls Assessment, Community, EMS, Safety (FACES) program; assist with the Bureau for Children with Medical Handicaps (BCMH) program; and other duties as assigned or requested.
