A complainant called to report that unknown person(s) had damaged a water fountain that was placed in the Centerburg Park on July 5th by the Centerburg Women’s Club.
Ray W Toller, of Mount Vernon, was stopped for walking on the wrong side of the roadway. A hypodermic needle was found in her bag. A summons was issued on July 6th 2017.
