was cited for for expired or unlawful license plates on June 26th 2017.
Joseph Heins, 17, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with a curfew violation on June 26th 2017.
Jennifer Pauley, 36, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with theft on June 26th 2017.
