Jonathan W Walker, of Fredericktown, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on June 8th 2017.
A victim, of the 18000 block of Baker Road in Mount Vernon, reported that his identity had been used to open a fraudulent credit card account and an attempt was made to forward his mail to an address in Florida on September 1st 2016.
