Brian Gardner, 44, of Howard,
was charged with with possession of drugs, marijuana drug paraphernalia and with possessing drug abuse instrument on May 19th 2017.
Cindy Clements, 30, of Mount Vernon,
was picked up under warrant on May 21st 2017.
Emily McKinley, 17, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead on May 22nd 2017.
Jeremy Fletcher, 20, of Howard,
was cited for for expired or unlawful license plates on May 22nd 2017.
Christopher Isaacs, 21, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under an FRA suspension on May 22nd 2017.
Dana Kirk, 24, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under an FRA suspension on May 22nd 2017.
