Ariel-Foundation Park will hold a spring clean-up event on Saturday, May 20, for community members and organizations or groups interested in volunteering to pick up trash and weed mulch beds.
Interested parties should meet Park Manager Scott Zimmerman at the Rastin Tower at 9 a.m. on May 20 to receive a work assignment. It would be helpful if individuals or groups could bring work gloves, trash bags and any anticipated tools needed (spades, rakes, etc.) clearly marked with owner names.
Another clean-up day is planned for late June. More details forthcoming.
