Knox Community Hospital is seeking a Pediatrician interested in outpatient practice, support our nursery, perform circumcisions, and more. We are a level 1 nursery. Call would be no more than 1:3. Negotiation start at $226,408

3 year Compensation Model:

Year 1: Floor Guarantee of $226,408 with productivity incentive

Year 2: Floor Guarantee 95% of actual production based compensation in year 1

Year 3: Floor Guarantee 95% of actual production based compensation in year 2

Signing Bonus: $25,000

Education Loan Repayment: Up to $20,000 per year for 3 years

Relocation: Actual Costs up to $15,000

Vacation/CME: 5 weeks per year

MGMA Benchmark: 5 weeks per year

CME Allowance: $3,000
