...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern
Richland, northeastern Morrow and northwestern Knox Counties through
145 PM EDT...
At 102 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Mount Gilead, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Mount Gilead, Lexington, Fredericktown, Cardington, Chesterville,
Waterford, Edison, Fulton and Shauck.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
