Manager Responsibilities:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
– Oversee dining room and kitchen functions to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction to all our guests
– Achieve optimal performance from employees by communicating and role modeling job duties and customer service
– Ensure employees are adhering to Dave’s Cosmic Subs’ standard of cleanliness and food preparation
– Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the interior and exterior of the store
Manager Qualifications:
– Prior experience as a manager
– Open availability, up to 45 hours a week
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Energetic and hands-on leadership skills
– Ability to work in a team environment
