was picked up under warrant on October 25th, 2017.

Nicole Mitchell, 29, of Mount Vernon,
was picked up under warrant on October 25th, 2017.

Meghan Meadows, 24, of Mount Vernon,
was charged with possessing drug abuse instrument and with drug paraphernalia offenses on October 27th, 2017.

Mark Miller, 25, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead on October 27th, 2017.

Lauren Hicks, 18, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead on October 27th, 2017.

Brian Creech, 26, of Mount Vernon,
was cited for driving under an FRA suspension on October 28th, 2017.
