Governor DeWine Announces $25.9 Million for 136 New or Expanded School-Based Health Centers

 

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)—Governor Mike DeWine today announced that $25.9 million will be awarded for 136 new or expanded School-Based Health Centers throughout Ohio.

Governor DeWine Awards Over $1.3 Million in Grants for Human Trafficking Prevention Programs

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)—Governor Mike DeWine today announced that 11 organizations will receive over $1.3 million in grants to develop and implement human trafficking prevention programs across Ohio.

ODNR Urges Caution During Ohio’s Spring Wildfire Season

 

 

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is urging Ohioans to learn about the state’s outdoor burning regulations and to take precautions if they are planning to burn debris this spring.

“A major cause of escaped wildfires in Ohio during the spring is the careless burning of trash and debris that accumulated during the winter months,” said Greg Guess, fire program administrator and assistant chief for the ODNR Division of Forestry.
