(COLUMBUS, Ohio) October 29, 2020 —Ohio Governor Mike DeWine yesterday signed House Bill 211. House Bill 211, sponsored by Former Representative Steve Arndt, modifies the process for auctioning abandoned watercraft vessels and outboard motors valued at less than $10,000.
