A victim, of the 1700 block of Connector Road in Fredericktown, reported that his bank card was used on Amazon without his knowledge or consent on July 18th 2017.
Kevin L Curtis, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of the Mount Vernon Municipal Court on July 20th 2017.
