Yesterday, United Way of Knox County hosted a luncheon for MERIT Court participants at the Russell-Cooper House. Four participants graduated into phase II of the program after maintaining at least 60 days of continuous sobriety; completing 30 AA/NA meetings in 30 days; completing individual/group counseling; and complying with all other program requirements.
