Schedule of Events for Thursday, September 8
10 am-1 pm Enter flowers- Masonic Lodge
1 pm- Judging of vegetables and tomato classes
2 pm- Flower judging
5 pm- Register for kids’ pedal tractor pull (6-7 year olds)- Main Stage
5:30- Kids’ Pedal Tractor Pull (6-7 year olds)- Main Stage
6 pm- Register for Kids and Critters Parade- Brickhouse Grind parking lot
6:15- Judging for Kids and Critters Parade
6-7 pm- Main Street Free Press Museum- tours and demos
6-9 pm Royal Princess Party- Elsa and Rapunzel will join the Kids Parade, do a show on the Main Stage, then head back up to the square for pictures
6:30-Kids and Critters Parade
7 pm- School House Rock, followed by Fredericktown Select Choir- Main Stage
7:15-8:30 pm Main Street Free Press Museum Program-First Baptist Church
7:30 pm Kid’s Prize Drawing- Hospitality Tent

Knox County Fair Partners with Bates Brothers Amusements

The Amusement Rides are Starting to Move in. This year the Knox County Fair partnered with BATES BROTHERS AMUSEMENTS
Clean Family Entertainment Since 1965!
Rides for 2022 fair will be provided by Bates Brothers Amusements Company.
HOURS AND COSTS WILL BE:
Single tickets will be $1 each with Kid Rides requiring 4 tickets and Major Rides requiring 5 tickets.

Heart of Ohio USA Days Names Parade Grand Marshall

The USA Days Festival parade will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 18th. This year’s theme is “Honoring Community Service-Saluting “Serve the Burg”.

Bryan Hetterscheidt is the coordinator of “Serve the Burg”. Now the pastor of the Centerburg Christian Church he is retired from the Ohio State Fairgrounds so he is very familiar with setting things up, tearing things down and the like.
