The Mount Vernon Music Department will present its 65th annual Tops ‘N’ Pops Jazz Concert on Friday, April 29 at the Mount Vernon Middle School Commons. The concert will begin at 7 pm and will feature the MVMS Jacket Jazz under the direction of Mrs.
