Offenses

December 7
An officer was dispatched to a vandalism complaint on North Mulberry Street. This report will be supplemented with any new information.

An officer spoke with a complainant in reference to a fraud complaint. This report will be supplemented with any new information.

December 8
An officer was dispatched to 5 North Gay Street for a fraud. A report was taken.

An officer was dispatched to North Sandusky Street for a theft from a vehicle. Nicole Wheeler was charged with theft.

Units were dispatched to a burglary complaint on North Division Street.

Units responded to High Street in reference to an overdose. The subject was transported by squad to KCH. Nothing further at this time.

December 9
An officer responded to West Chestnut Street in reference to an inactive burglary complaint. The complainant reported her house was broken into sometime overnight and a computer and two billfolds were taken. The complainant also reported fraudulent activity on her bank account. This report is under investigation.

An officer was dispatched to the Town Center gas station at 670 North Sandusky Street for a fraud.

Officers responded to the hospital on a report of a female, Brandy Orndorff, being combative and disruptive while being treated in the Emergency Room. Brandy was arrested for disorderly conduct while in a medical facility. She was placed into handcuffs that were gapped and double locked and transported to the jail. A report was filed.

A male who lives on Kirk Street reported a theft from his residence. No suspects at this time. A report was filed.

December 10
An officer responded to Speedway located at 1 Columbus Road on a report of a theft. One male suspect was located on 12/11/2022 and issued a summons. Case Closed.

December 11
Units were dispatched to 1575 Coshocton Avenue in reference to a shoplifting complaint. One suspect was issued a summons in lieu of arrest for ORC 2913.02(A)(1) theft.

Units responded to Walmart in reference to a theft. The female suspect was gone prior to our arrival.

Melvin I. Miller was cited for 25mph except State Route outside business districts and alleys.

Jessica A. Hempfield was cited for 25mph except State Route outside business districts and alleys.

David P. McCoy was cited for 25mph except State Route outside business districts and alleys.

James V. Dayton was cited for operator/chauffeur license required and 25mph except State Route outside business districts and alleys.

Thomas B. Ward was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Steven Thomspon was cited for driving under suspension.

Caitlyn L. Thompson was cited for expired license plates.

James W. Finney Jr. was cited for operation at a stop sign.

Lillian L. Crowe was cited for right of way when turning left.

Jonathan D. Ortiz was cited for expired license plates.

December 9
Damien W. McLeod was cited for red light.

Carter J. Bourne was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.

December 10
Austin C. Looney was cited for expired license plates.

December 11
Darrell Satterfield was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
