  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required (co-op or internship considered)
  • One (1) year of engineering experience preferred (co-op or internship considered)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, complete work thoroughly and accurately, and deliver high quality work with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or in a group setting and be self-motivated
