This role is for entry level engineers with a desire to lead projects and manufacturing improvements. This position is ideal for someone who is:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required (co-op or internship considered)
- One (1) year of engineering experience preferred (co-op or internship considered)
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, complete work thoroughly and accurately, and deliver high quality work with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a group setting and be self-motivated
