October . 16
•Jacqueline L. Shoemaker of Brinkhaven was backing her vehicle and struck the side of a house in the 300 block of Main St. in Brinkhaven. Shoemaker was issued a traffic citation for improper backing

October 17
•Christian S. Wiles of Butler was issued a traffic citation for driving under suspension. Wiles was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant out of Richland County and was arrested on the warrant and relayed over to the Richland County Sheriff’s Office
October 18
•Suspicious person – in the 400 block of East St.
•Assisted the fire department – Mohican St. Brinkhaven
•Internet fraud – in the 13000 block of Millersburg Rd.

October 19
•Assisted the OSP – Millersburg Rd. / Buckeye Rd.
•Suspicious person – in the 100 block of East Main St.
•Suspicious vehicle – North Market St.
•Two unsecured buildings – Market St.
•DARE officer conducted a DARE class for the 5th-grade students

October 20
•Gas drive-off valued at $74.67 from a South Market St. business
•DARE officer conducted a DARE class for the 5th-grade students
•911 call – Found to have been dialed accidentally – in the 300 block of Hillcrest Dr.
•Unsecured building – Market St.
•Suspicious person – Millersburg Rd. / Main St. – Brinkhaven

October 21
•Assisted a disabled motorist – State Rt. 62 / Smoketown Rd.
•Trinity L. Conner of Big Prairie was issued a traffic citation for speed
•Robert L. Fendrick of Killbuck was issued a traffic citation for speed
•Alan M. Cross of Heath was issued a traffic citation for speed
•Oliva I. Gingerich of Millersburg was issued a traffic citation for speed

October 22
•Residential alarm – in the 400 block of South Market St.
•Threats – in the 200 block of Plum St.
•Unsecured building – Market St.
•Unsecured building – Progress Dr.

October 23
•Allen L. Wears age 42 of Danville entered a residence on Earlmick St. reportedly stealing several items. Wears then reportedly stole a vehicle leaving the area. Wears was later apprehended, and the stolen vehicle and stolen items were recovered. The case is under investigation and criminal charges are pending against Wears
•Assisted the Sheriff’s Office on a traffic stop – Market St.

October 24
•Unsecured building – Market St.
•Well-being check of an individual – in the 200 block of Plum St.
•Justin S. Tish of Millersburg was issued traffic citations for driving under suspension and for driving outside the marked lane of travel. Tish was found to have an active arrest warrant out of Loudonville Police Department and was arrested and relayed to the Loudonville Police
