LOCATION: Mount Vernon, OH, USA

We are looking for a top-notch HR professional to work as a part of Ariel’s Human Resources team. In this position, your chief responsibility is to build, support and administer Human Resources (HR) programs, processes, and policies that support a variety of business functions and help drive successful outcomes. If you enjoy interacting with employees and candidates, solving business problems creatively within a multi-faceted team, and working on projects that make a difference within a company, then this may be the position for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field of study required
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, and use of applicant tracking systems required
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a Human Relations role required; preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • HRIS, Talent Management, or similar software, and Microsoft Office experience required
  • Demonstrated ability required to break down and understand complex business problems, define a solution, and implement it using logical and quantitative methods
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills required
  • Strong focus on customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality required
