We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work as a part of Ariel’s Human Resources team.   Your abilities to engage with technical and professional candidates, utilize a critical-thinking mindset, apply a team-first attitude with a customer service focus, and drive to make a positive impact on business outcomes will make you a great fit. In this position, your chief responsibility is to support recruiting efforts by identifying, assessing, and attracting top talent to join Ariel, while providing a “best in class” experience for hiring leaders and candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, personnel management, business administration, or related field of study required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a Human Relations role required; preferably in Talent Acquisition with full lifecycle recruitment experience 
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar software and Microsoft Office experience required
  • Strong attention to detail with the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills required
  • Solid focus on customer service and ability to maintain confidentiality required
