July 22
A complainant advised that he found what looked like counterfeit money along the roadway in Howard Twp. The “money” was placed into evidence for destruction.

Deputies were dispatched to a water rescue at Apple Valley Lake. Howard, Ohio 43028.

July 23
An unidentified complainant reported that a tree crashed through the roof of their cabin, causing a person to be injured.

A complainant came to the Sheriff’s Office to report an incident of fraud/theft. A report was taken.

A complainant advised she had received mail stating she enrolled for unemployment through the Department of Job and Family Services. The complainant advised she did not file for unemployment and requested a report on file for documentation.

July 24
A complainant advised her ex has contacted her which is in violation of the current protection order that is in place. A report was taken on the complainant’s behalf and will be forwarded to the City Law Director.
